The situation
NEF-NEF leads the Greek homeware market, with a head office, a store network and an online shop that all have to show the same stock at the same moment.
What they needed was never an ERP out of the box. It was multiple warehouses, approval chains, per-customer pricing policy, sales targets and an e-shop with unusually demanding filtering — all working off one source of data.
What we built
Soft1 ERP, extensively configured
Multi-warehouse management wired into a WMS application, an approvals system, and a custom pricing policy that adjusts itself on performance.
Sales targets and performance tracking
Targets per product category and performance tracking inside the ERP, with QlikView dashboards and reporting.
Stores connected online
Company stores connect and feed head office in real time, so stock is one picture rather than several.
Custom e-commerce platform
The website runs on a custom platform built around how the company actually works, synchronising with Soft1 in real time and handling complex product filtering.
Third-party integrations
EDI for retail partnerships and receivables insurance cover through ICAP.
Technical support
Support for head office and the stores, from the same team that maintains the ERP.
