Twenty years in the back office of Greek business.
We were founded in 2005 and have done the same thing ever since: keep upright the systems other companies run on. It is not spectacular work. It is the work everyone notices the moment it is done badly.

What changed
We were a web company. We are not one any more.
For years we built websites and applications, and we built them well. But that was never the part that kept clients with us for ten and fifteen years.
What kept them was that when the ERP broke at month-end close, we picked up the phone. That when the e-shop stopped syncing with the warehouse, we did not start looking for someone to blame.
Today software development is a capability that serves the ERP, not a separate product. We say so plainly because it changes what you should expect from us.

How we work
Four rules we do not break.
These are not corporate values written for a website. They are how we behave when something goes wrong.
WE SAY NO
If something will not help you, or if we are not the right people for it, we say so before you sign. We lose projects this way. We keep clients.
STATED TIMES
Every project has phases with durations and every support contract has a response time. In writing, before we start.
NO LOCK-IN
Your data and your documentation are yours. If you decide to leave, we hand them over. We do not hold hostages.
ONE RESPONSIBILITY
ERP, infrastructure and support under the same contract. We do not ask you to coordinate our suppliers.
